FROM "LEONARDO DA VINCI" (Fiumicino) Airport
Without leaving the airport take the local train - destination Orte or Fara Sabina - that stops at Trastevere Station.
Trains depart every 15-30 minutes (Fiumicino-Trastevere from 5.57 am to 23.57 hours; Trastevere-Fiumicino from 5.06 hours to 23.06 hours), and tickets can easily be purchased at vending machines, ticket retailers within the airport and railway station. The cost is EUR 8.00.

On leaving the airport you can take one of the buses that take you to Termini Station and then follow instructions in B.1. below
BY TRAIN
TRAIN TO ROME TERMINI
take one of the local trains stopping at Trastevere station, then continue from step 3 below
or
coming from the train station (Piazza dei Cinquecento), you can take the H bus in Piazza della Repubblica (direction Dei Capasso) for 6 stops and get off at TRASTEVERE / MINISTRY OF EDUCATION, then walk about 200 meters to the second intersection turn right in Viale Aurelio Saffi, then another 100 meters until No palace. 25 on the left;
TRAIN TO ROME TIBURTINA
Take a local train stopping at Trastevere station, then continue from step 3 below
TRAIN TO ROME TRASTEVERE
Leaving the station, take the TRAM 8 for 3 stops and get off at TRASTEVERE / BERNARDINO DA FELTRE cross the street on your left and continue for 100 meters along Viale Aurelio Saffi to the last building on the left - n. 25.
BY CAR
Coming from 'A1 motorway take the exit "Roma Nord" to reach the GRA, then continue on the GRA until the exit 1 Aurelia and follow the signs towards the city center and the Vatican City.
Coming from Rome-Civitavecchia: take Rome-Fiumicino motorway and then exit in Via della Magliana, direction Rome center. Continue to Piazza Antonio Meucci, keep right to continue on Via Oderisi da Gubbio, turn left onto Via Quirino Majorana, continue to Piazzale Enrico Dunant and, keeping the right, on Via dei QuattroVenti, turn right onto Via Francesco Saverio Sprovieri, continue on Via Gabriele Rossetti, turn slightly to the left of the walls and imbocca Viale Gianicolense, then turn left and take Viale Aurelio Saffi.
